We were delighted to support our friends at Cork City Council for the launch of the Cork on a Fork Festival this morning.
Festivities got off to a flying start with The Business of Food Breakfast, hosted byBakestone on Perry Street with food writer and critic, Joe McNamee chairing a very interesting discussion on Cork’s unique food scene and culture.
A huge thanks Joe Carey, Miriam Dillon and the team at Bakestone for the warm welcome, excellent service and amazing breakfast, all sourced from local food producers.
Check out www.corkonaforkfest.ie for details of the programme. It’s going to be an amazing 5 days.
